Seven days cocooned in a private enclave in Ubud, Bali. Shadow work through movement and somatic practice woven together as one continuous thread. Like the caterpillar in the cocoon, shedding is not the end. It is the requirement for a new layer of leadership to emerge.

The Sanctuary

Where we practice, eat, and sleep is private. A gated section of Soulshine Bali, called the Sanctuary. The rooms, the shala, the pool, closed to everyone but the group.

Soulshine is a full resort, and all of it is open to you. The spa, the grounds, the wider pools, yours whenever you want to step out. The Sanctuary is simply where the work lives.
