The Retreat includes the following:

  • Twelve (12) meals, consisting of: ○ Six (6) breakfasts cooked by a chef arranged by Host; ○ Six (6) dinners pre-arranged by Host.

  • Daily yoga (12 classes, approximately one to two hours each).

  • Transportation to and from the airport/retreat center in Ubud for arrivals between April 2-4, 2026 and departures on April 10, 2026.

Additional food, items, transportation, and resources may be included at the Host's discretion. Guest acknowledges that no other costs beyond those described herein are included. Guests are responsible for their own airfare times.

Wireless Internet access, where available, is not guaranteed and is provided subject to third-party terms and conditions. The Host reserves the right to disclose Guest's details to the internet service provider if it is discovered that Guest illegally downloaded content or engaged in unlawful activity while at the Retreat.

Guests are responsible for the costs associated with any required health screenings, vaccinations, or additional accommodation needed as may be required by local health authorities. If Guest opts into any health services arranged by Host, Guest is responsible for the associated costs, even if Guest does not utilize the service.

As of the date of this Agreement, Indonesian authorities have lifted all COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements for entry into Bali. However, health regulations may change, and Guest acknowledges responsibility for staying informed of current requirements and complying with any health protocols that may be implemented by Indonesian authorities or airlines during travel.

It is the Guest's responsibility to ensure possession of all relevant travel documentation, visas, and travel insurance. The Host will not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights, trains, buses, or other forms of transport.

The itinerary and activities are subject to change only when necessary due to circumstances beyond Host's control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue unavailability, or safety concerns. Guest acknowledges that such modifications may be required to ensure participant safety and program quality. Retreat dates will not be changed except in extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Accommodation arrangements may be modified if necessary due to venue availability or safety requirements, with Host providing comparable or upgraded alternatives when possible.

Guests agree to abide by all hotel, resort, or rental property rules. If in violation of these rules, Guest agrees to compensate Host for any damages or fees incurred as a result of Guest's actions.

2. PAYMENT

To reserve a spot in the Retreat, Guest agrees to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $888 USD.

Upon execution of this Agreement, Guest agrees to pay the full purchase amount for the Retreat, regardless of which payment option is selected. If Guest selects a payment plan, Guest authorizes Host to process scheduled payments according to the selected payment schedule.

The entirety of fees must be paid by January 4, 2026 (the "Due Date"). Deposits and all fees are non-refundable.

If total fees are not received by the Due Date (January 4, 2026), Guest's spot may be cancelled and resold without prior notice after a seven (7) day grace period. Cancelled spots are not eligible for refunds or transfers to future retreats.

3. CANCELLATION

By Guest:

  • Deposit of $888 is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellations on or before February 4, 2026: Deposit of $888 will be forfeited; the remainder of payments will be refunded.

  • Cancellations on or after February 5, 2026: All payments are forfeited.

These terms honor the depth of this work and the commitment of every participant. We reserve intimate spaces and curate experiences months in advance. This cancellation policy is strict and firm. Host strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

By Host:
