Retreats. Retreat bookings, deposits, payments, and cancellations are governed exclusively by the Retreat Terms and Conditions available at www.beebosnak.com/balitc. Nothing in these Terms modifies, replaces, or supplements that document.

The Virtual Studio. The Virtual Studio membership is hosted at studio.beebosnak.com and is governed by the separate terms published on that platform. These Terms do not apply to The Virtual Studio.

Private and in-person work. Private sessions and in-person work are arranged by inquiry and are governed by the terms provided at the time of booking.

Section 5. Eligibility

To use or access the Website, you must be eighteen years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
