1. RETREAT TERMS

The Retreat will take place from March 21, 2026 through March 28, 2026 in Nosra, Costa Rica.

The Retreat includes the following:

Seven (7) nights’ accommodation at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara.

  1. Twelve (12) meals, consisting of:
    ○ Six (6) breakfasts prepared by an in-house chef.
    ○ Five (5) dinners at the resort + one (1) off-site group dinner.

  2. Daily yoga & embodiment sessions (approx. 12 classes, 1–2 hours each).

  3. Yoga, shadow work and Equine Led Leadership experience facilitated by Bee Bosnak.

  4. Breathwork, somatics, and meditation led by Celina Close.

Additional items, food, or resources may be included at Hosts' discretion. Airfare is not included. Guests are responsible for their own flight bookings and any health requirements imposed by Costa Rican authorities.

It is the Guest's responsibility to ensure possession of all relevant travel documentation, visas, and travel insurance. The Hosts are not responsible for any delays or cancellations.

The itinerary is subject to change due to circumstances beyond Hosts' control (e.g., weather, venue changes, safety concerns).

Guests agree to abide by Bodhi Tree rules. Any damages or fees caused by Guest actions are the Guest’s responsibility.

2. PAYMENT

To secure a spot in the Retreat, Guest agrees to pay the full purchase price at time of booking. There is no deposit option and all sales are final.

If the payment plan option is selected, Guest authorizes Hosts to process scheduled payments according to the selected schedule. The total balance must be paid in full by January 15, 2026.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

3. CANCELLATION

By Guest:

  • All payments are final. There are no refunds or transfers available. We recommend travel insurance.

By Hosts:

  • Hosts reserve the right to cancel the Retreat for any reason. In such an event, Guest will receive a refund of all monies paid to Hosts, excluding third-party fees (e.g., airfare).

4. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated as outlined above or until the Guest completes the Retreat. Any continuing obligations survive termination.

5. MEDIA RELEASE

Guest agrees that photo/video/audio recordings may be captured during the Retreat. These may be used by Hosts (Bee Bosnak & Celina Close) for promotional or educational purposes.

Guests who prefer not to appear in such content must notify Hosts in writing.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

Guest acknowledges the physical nature of retreat activities and assumes responsibility. Hosts are not liable for injuries or conditions arising during participation. Emergency medical treatment may be administered if needed and costs incurred are the Guest's responsibility.

7. HEALTH & SAFETY

Guests are responsible for determining their own fitness to participate in yoga, equine, or movement sessions. Hosts are not liable for injuries or incidents.

8. LOSS OR DAMAGE

Hosts are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the Retreat.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Guests' contact information will be shared between Hosts and used for marketing and logistical communication. Hosts will not sell this information to third parties.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content from the Retreat is the property of Hosts or third-party licensors. Guests may not share, replicate, or distribute materials without written permission.

11. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Attendance does not create a professional (therapist-client, doctor-patient, etc.) relationship. The Retreat is educational in nature.

12. NO MEDICAL SERVICES

This Retreat is not a replacement for medical or psychological care. Guests are solely responsible for obtaining proper medical support if needed.

13. NO GUARANTEES

Results from participating in the Retreat vary per individual and are not guaranteed.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Guests attend at their own risk. Hosts are not liable for any direct or indirect damages.

15. REPRESENTATION

Guest confirms they are 18+ and legally able to enter this Agreement.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

Guest agrees to indemnify Hosts from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation or breach of this Agreement.

17. NOTICE

All notices must be delivered via email to: bee@beebosnak.com. Notices are effective upon delivery.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

Hosts are not liable for inability to perform obligations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions).

19. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Guest agrees not to make public statements that could harm the reputation of Hosts.

20. ASSIGNMENT

Guest may not transfer or resell their retreat space.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any section is deemed invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York. Each party waives their right to a jury trial.

23. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement reflects the full understanding of both Parties. No verbal modifications are valid.

25. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

All rights not granted are reserved by Hosts.
